Every solar installation needs a solar charge controller. As the name suggests, this device regulates the solar charge created by your photovoltaic panel to optimize performance and protect your battery.
Using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology, the Eza regulator constantly measures and compares the voltage delivered by the panel to that of the battery. In other words, it calculates the maximum level of power that the panel can provide to the battery and that the battery is able to receive. From this value, it determines the most appropriate voltage to send the maximum number of Amps to the battery. Using an MPPT regulator, you can typically get up to 30% more power than a traditional regulator.
Get the most out of your solar panel throughout the day, regardless of
both the season. Thanks to the MPPT "Maximum Power Point Tracking" technology (search for the point
of maximum power) the regulator constantly measures and compares the voltage released by the
panel with that of the battery. Calculate the maximum power level that the panel can
deliver to the battery and that it is able to receive. Starting from this value, determine the
most suitable voltage to send the maximum Ampere into the battery. Using a regulator
MPPT generally achieves up to 30% more power than
to a classic regulator.
