U-BOND 301 is a single-component, moisture-hardening polyurethane glue, designed for those who do not accept compromises on hold. Thanks to its advanced formula, it is ideal for bonds that must withstand extreme stress, sporadic immersion in water and adverse weather conditions. Why is U-BOND 301 superior?
- Resistance Class D4: Certified according to EN 204, it is totally water resistant, perfect for outdoor, nautical or very humid environments applications.
- Filling Effect: During catalysis, the product tends to expand slightly. This allows it to penetrate the porosity of the wood and fill small gaps between surfaces that do not fit perfectly.
- Extreme Strength: Creates a structural bond stronger than the wood itself. Once dry, it is resistant to solvents and atmospheric agents.
- Multi-material versatility: Excellent for wood of all types (even hard or exotic), but also extraordinary for gluing metal, polystyrene, cement, ceramic and insulating materials together.
Common Applications: Carpentry: Gluing of doors and windows, stairs, garden furniture and wooden load-bearing structures. Nautical: Structural repairs on boats and components exposed to salt. Construction: Fixing of insulating panels, stone or metal skirting boards and heavy carpentry.
