GASCUBE 12V or 24V GAS DETECTOR FOR CAMPER
GasCube warns of leaks of propane/butane gas (LPG) and gas with anesthetic effect. GasCube it is used to warn people in a camper or caravan about risks of gas leakage. GasCube it is permanently installed in the vehicle.
The CARBEST GasCube is capable of:
- detect the presence of gases in the environment, before their effect is compromised the reaction faculties
- wake the crew from sleep, with a loud acoustic signal
Equipped with a particular universal sensor and very sensitive to all types of harmful gases, including heteroderivatives with a narcotic effect.
SWITCHING ON
The GasCube will be connected to the fixed 12V or 24V system of the camper, or for a home use, it is possible to connect it to a power supply. Just press the button to turn it on.
Immediately after switching on it will do an AutoTest and if everything is ok, it will carry out a calibration/self-calibration phase, during which the blue LED will flash for 3/4 minutes.
At the end of this operation the blue LED will remain lit steadily.
ALARM
If the GasCube detects the presence of gas in the environment, the function is activated pre-alarm lasting 40 seconds with flashing red LED and sound intermittent siren.
After this period, if it is still present in the environment the harmful gas, the device will go into the alarm phase, with the red LED on fixed and the buzzer sounds continuously.
If, however, by the end of the pre-alarm period the gas is no longer present, the device will return to the waiting phase, with the blue LED lit steadily
